His career began as a trainee surveyor, where he gained foundational experience in property valuation, estate management, and client relations. Over the years, he honed his skills and rose through. the ranks as an Estate Surveyor and marketer, building a reputation for excellence and professionalism.
Throughout his career, Adebayo has worked with several reputable firms, including Bode Adediji Partnership and Craftworld Creations Limited in the Nigerian real estate industry. These experiences equipped him with the. expertise and leadership qualities needed to establish his own firm. Since its inception, Bayo Ajayi and Associates has grown into a leading brand in the Nigerian real estate market, delivering exceptional value to clients nationwide.
Beyond his practice, Adebayo Ajayi is an active member of various professional institutions, including:
